Dr. D's Barbeque Beef Short Ribs
Ingredients
- 3 racks of beef short ribs
- 1/4 cup paprika
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp salt
- 2 tbsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 jar Dr. D’s Original Barbeque Sauce

Preheat Oven
Preheat the oven to 320°F

Rub Preparation
Fully combine paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, black pepper, and brown sugar.

Rib Preparation
Rinse the ribs and pat dry thoroughly. Season thoroughly with the rub. Place ribs evenly in roasting pan and add 1 cup of water to the bottom of the pan. Cover evenly with 3/4 (12oz) of a jar of Dr. D’s Original Barbeque Sauce.

Cooking Process
Cover with aluminum foil and place in 320°F oven for 4 hours. After 4 hours remove foil and flip ribs. Cover with the rest of the barbeque sauce and bake for 30 minutes.

Serve immediately and enjoy!
