Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Return Window:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund, return, or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items:
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Perishable goods, including all food products (e.g., barbecue sauce)

  • Sale or discounted items

Merchandise Returns (e.g., apparel):
Eligible merchandise (such as hats or clothing) may be returned for store credit or exchanged only if:

  • The item is unused and in the same condition received

  • It is returned in the original packaging

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. While we do not offer refunds for damaged items, we may be able to offer a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items without tracking.

Shipping Costs:
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
